Over at Life Hacker.com they have collected their LH Pack for linux applications for 2010.  It’s a pretty cool list of tools we use often also.  If you haven’t tried Wine or VirtualBox we highly recommend both of them especially if you are just trying to switch over to linux.  It will make your life easier and keep you from having to go cold turkey on any of your beloved Winodows applicaitons.
