In Oracle Vs. Google news Oracle had several of it’s claims against Google dropped from it’s case this week.  The result is less patents for Google to face.  But since the patents were deemed to be preceded with prior art no one else should have to face them from Oracle.  All in all good news for Google and Open Source.  Check out some more details in this article.
