John “Maddog” Hall did a Keynote a few weeks back about “The Hidden Cost of Closed Source Software”.  He gives a great explaination of the hidden costs and the ways you can save money with open source.  He is a great speaker with definite opinions.  This is great for companies that are struggling with why the need to and want to use Open Source Software.
