It also points out that, like we said here you shouldn’t just plan on one disaster or one type of disaster. They goes on to talk about a scenareo where your admins just has a really bad flu or something worse. It’s a great thing to think about and an even better reason to start training your non-technical staff to at least be able to handle initial troubleshooting of problems.
