Novell.  Yes, we have another Novell story here which follows up on Brian’s post last week.  This is also a story which we discussed in some earlier podcasts as well and it’s nice to finally see this battle come to a conclusion.  Computerworld posted an article informing us that Novell has won its more then seven year battle against SCO in regards to who owns Unix copyrights.
