Information Week did an interview with the Red Hat CEO. The great thing about the interview was the down to earth and realistic attitude he has towards his company and his job/role. He talks about the problems with forking apps and his thoughts on the Visualization. While everyone talks about whether or not an Open Source company can make money Red Hat is one that proves it can be done. Subscription models for support do work and provide for both on going and long term growth as you add new subscribers. I found the article interesting and his insight was inspiring.
