Joe and Brian discuss in greater detail the things you should consider when choosing a pilot project for Linux.  We talk about not only ideas of to or not to use as a pilot project but some of the easier ways to get it up and running.  We also discuss things to watch out for as you are starting your project.  Your pilot projects success will determine how the your company see and thinks about Linux.
