Things you don't want to hear on a Friday afternoon....

For $1,000,000 Alex the answer is "Our network is down."  This cool article makes some great points about why you should spend time training your non-tatical staff. It also points out that, like we said here you shouldn't just plan on one disaster or one type of disaster.  They goes on to talk about a scenareo where your admins just has a really bad flu or something worse.  It's a great thing to think about and an even better reason to start training your non-technical staff to at least be able to handle initial troubleshooting of problems.
