CMS or Content Management Tools are plentiful on the net.  The people who have used and customized them always seem to have their favorites.  This short list from junauza.com introduces you to a few of the top players.  While the article says they are the 7 Best CMS tools I am pretty sure that developers of other tools not on the list would disagree.  Don't forget also that none of these are completely ready to go out of the box and some level of customization is required.  How much varies across the tools.  The general rule is the more flexibility  the more you will need to do to get it set correctly.  It's one of the amazing things about the world of Open Source.  So many options and so many opinions about them.
